She's Baaaaack! Kim Richards Returns To Social Media And Says She's On A Sober Path And Feeling Much Better!

Former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, Kim Richards has returned to Twitter, after a rough couple of months, including rehabs, arrests, and intoxications! Kim sent  out several tweets on Labor Day, and she said that she is doing much better then before, as well as staying sober!

Kim Richards Skips Court Apperance And Rejects Plea Deal Regarding Public Intoxication Arrest!

Former RHOBH housewife, Kim Richards has skipped her court Apperance regarding her Public intoxication arrest, which happened back in April, according to A People.com report. 

The site reports that Kim was ordered to appear in court this past Monday, regarding the arrest but skipped out because of a foot injury! The site also reports that a pre-trial court date is set for September 14th, where Kim's fate will be decided. 

"She didn't attend because she had some sort of injury to her foot, and therefore couldn't appear," Ricardo Santiago, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, tells PEOPLE. "The judge accepted the explanation and allowed her attorney to appear on her behalf." "Despite contradictory reports, Richards did not accept a plea deal: "There were conversations about a negotiated settlement being offered by our office, but the offer was rejected by the defense," Santiago says. "The deal that was offered included 36 months probation, 30 days community labor and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes. Richards' attorney rejected the deal because "they wanted community service instead of community labor," Santiago says, adding that a pre-trial court date is set for Sept. 14. If the case goes to trial and Richards is found guilty, the reality star could face jail time. "

Kim was arrested for Public intoxication on April 16 and ever since then, she's been on a downward spiral, including a shoplifting arrest last month, which is definitely raging her Family and friends because due to all the scary recent Kim behavior, it's been reported she's cut out her closest family and friends! 

Kim Richards Hospitalized After 5150 Hold And Family Is Desperate To Save Her!

Former 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' star, Kim Richards is currently getting medical care after being subjected to a 5150 hold, according to RadarOnline. 

Radar reports that Kim's attorney revealed the news to them, that she was placed under a 5150 hold last week, and "In California, physicians can impose an involuntary 72-hour confinement on someone who is assessed to be a danger to themselves or others."

"They (Kim's Family) were at the end of their rope trying to get her help and decided to force her to get it,” one insider said." "Kim was released after three days following the 5150, but is now hospitalized at another facility in Southern California."She finally realized that she needed help and is truly committed to getting it,” said a source. “She voluntarily checked into an inpatient facility in Orange County. The family has been very supportive of this move.” Another insider claimed, “They told her she had to do it or she was cut off from all of them financially. It is tough love.” But now, sources close to Richards seem hopeful." (Credit all goes to Radar) 

Kim's spiral begin in April, when she was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge and after the arrest, things got even worse and worse when she went MIA after relapsing at her daughter Brooke Brison‘s wedding in Mexico and was also fired from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. She had yet another chance in a hospital to overcome psychiatric issues, followed by another very very very brief stay at a rehab in Los Angeles. Then on August 2nd, she was arrested after shoplifting at Target. 

You got this, Kim! Get the help you need because it is best for you! 

UPDATE: Kim Richards Heads Off To A Hospital, Following Shoplifting Arrest!

Last weekend, Former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Star, Kim Richards was arrested, after shoplifting at Target, and stealing about $6000 worth of items! A new report is surfacing that She has now checked herself into a hospital! 

Eonline.com reports that Kim's stay in the hospital is unknown, but her family was very annoyed with the fact that she didn't stay in rehab long enough, and with that, she didn't even have a stable place to stay... she wasn't even stable within herself. Kim just can't keep herself out of trouble! 

In Hot Water Again! Kim Richards Gets Arrested For Shoplifting!

Real Housewives OF Beverly Hills star Kim Richards just can't stop getting in trouble with the law! This time, she got arrested for shoplifting! It was reported that she was arrested for shoplifting at Target Sunday night but was bailed out at as 5,000 bond. 

E News reports that she stole $6000 worth of items at target and security spotted her stealing the items. She was then placed under arrest. It has also been reported that she living in car at the time of arrest! 

LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! Kim Richards WAS NOT asked back to RHOBH!

When Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' ex star, Kim Richards did her first interview with Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, at the end of the interview, (which you can read in last post), She revealed that Producers asked her back for RHOBH's Sixth season, and it's reported now that she has LIED! 

Radaronline.com exclusively reports that Kim lied, about being asked back to RHOBH, and that lying about her relapse a few months ago + her un-lady like behavior was the reason why she got fired. They got sick of Kim's b*llsh*t! 

"According to a well-connected source that works in production for the Bravo franchise, “No one here asked Kim Richards to come back on the show. That is false.” "Producers were done with Kim during her last relapse when she flat-out lied to them by telling them that she had not relapsed when she actually had,” the source explains"

Guess that's one less cast member joining for RHOBH Season 6... She could've been in the show, if she didn't lie, and REALLY was sober, but that failed!

Former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, Kim Richards is starting to get her life back on track, after getting arrested for intoxication, being fired from housewives, and leaving rehab facilitations left and right, and is ready to spill some Tea on EVERYTHING! 

Kim recently did an exclusive interview with etonline.com, where she dished on secrets, being sober now, Real Housewives, Producers asking her back for the 6th season, and she even called one of her former cast members: "A phony!"

• Kim dished on her sister, Kyle Richards, and admitted that they have been talking a lot, dispute their blowups that happened on their latest reunion! Their relationship has gotten much better, not 100% though. 

• When asked about Lisa Rinna, she dished that "They've made up in the finale, but when she received those disturbing text messages, which was talked about on the Season 5 reunion, she hired a bodyguard, due to being scared, as well as getting Police involved! 

• Lisa Vanderpump was brought up, and Kim called Vanderpump: "A Phony" over her 2-faced ways, dispute her cuddly and fun personality! 

• Kim dished on rehab and sobriety, and said that: "Sobriety is going great for her, but the relapses in the past were not great.. She's working on her, and she's getting back on track! Congratulations Kim! 

• Lastly, regarding Real Housewives, Kim confirmed: "The Producers Have asked me back for the sixth season but I HAVE NOT AGREED TO JOINING..... Just yet, because she feels like Reality TV played in the huge downfall of Her and Kyle's relationship and doesn't want anymore drama.

BREAKING NEWS: Kim Richards Out Of Rehab! Flees After One Month!

We finally have an update on RHOBH former star: Kim Richards, who has been having a rough couple of months! From going into MANY rehabs, getting arrested, and even getting fired from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, due to sobriety issues! Now it seems like she has fled another rehab, according to TMZ

TMZ reports that she wasn't getting along with the doctors/staff and she packed her bags this past weekend! 

"Kim packed her bags, and left the Malibu facility over the weekend -- fleeing under the cover of darkness. Although she lasted more than 30 days, She has had enough because she wasn't getting along with the staff, including the doctors."

Kim Richards DEMOTED from RHOBH as Full Time Housewife!

It's the news no housewife wants to hear! Kim Richards sadly has been demoted from a full time housewife on RHOBH. 

A insider claims that Bravo is "sick of dealing w/ Kim's issues & how she causes too many unnecessary fights". The source continued and said: "RHOBH Producers think that being on Reality TV & being in the public eye constantly is NOT going to help her addiction!"

I personally think that this was the best move for Kim's health! She needs to get out of the public eye for a few & work on herself! The check every episode isn't helping your addiction! Hopefully this wakes her up! 

BREAKING!: Kim Richards RETURNS to a NEW rehab but it DOESN'T treat addiction!

RHOBH star- Kim Richards' life has not been getting better! From relapsing at her nieces' wedding, to checking out of rehab, now to entering a new rehab that doesn't treat addiction! 

A new report claims that she's now in a Malibu rehab where she is, trying to get herself together & dealing with a "physiological disorder". The source continued & said how: her new rehab doesn't help with addiction! They only help with things like: Serious mental disorders including bipolar, depression, anxiety, psychotic, narcissistic and schizophrenia."

Update: Kim Richards FOUND in L.A after relapsing & disappearance following Nieces' wedding!

As I previously reported, Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards attended her nieces' wedding but that all went to hell in a hand-basket! 

Sources claimed: "Kim was under the influence of something", & a new source now says: "She had mixed Booze & pills!:(Leading to her relapse)! After the wedding, Kim turned up missing & somewhere in the lurks of Cabo, Mexico! 

Today, she was found In L.A but she refuses to attend rehab again. Actually, she ditched rehab FOR THE WEDDING! The source also explains how Kim's family & friends try helping her get on the right track, but Kim doesn't want to wake up & smell the coffee yet!

Breaking news: Kim Richards MISSING after attending Daughter's wedding!+ Sister Kyle speaks out!

This past weekend, Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards attended her niece (Brooke Brinson) 's wedding. After the wedding, She got belligerently drunk & went on a rampage of drinking. It was reported that she was under the influence of something. Her family actually caught her & was disgusted by it! She was originally set to return to rehab straight after but that's not the case in this matter! 

It's been almost a week now & Kim Richards is missing! Ever since her nieces' wedding in Mexico! Nobody has spoken to her & her family is worried sick about her! 

This past Wednesday, Her sister Kyle Richards spoke out for the first time since the wedding. She spoke to TMZ.com while she was running the streets in Beverly Hills. She admitted that she hasn't had NO CONTACT with Kim ever since the wedding & she & the family are worried sick over her & hope she's okay! 

I hope Kim gets the help she needs & is safe where-ever she is! 

Breaking news: Kim Richards charged in Drunken rampage!

RHOBH star Kim Richards has been charged in her Drunken Rampage earlier today! Kim has been in rehab for a few weeks as of now & this news is just in! 

Kim claimed that she became highly intoxicated after watching the Reunion shows + she was stressed out over other personal things. She did her exclusive interview with Dr. Phil after she got arrested! She also admitted that she didn't remember kicking the cop the night she got arrested in her Dr. Phil interview. After the interview, She checked into a Malibu Rehabilation center, where she recently agreed to do a 90 day extra service in there.   

According to Tmz.com: The L.A. County D.A. clearly wasn't swayed that Kim checked herself into a Malibu rehab, because they've learned she's now been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a cop.

So Kim now has problems. First, worst case scenario, she could be sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail. Second, they were told producers have her on the chopping block and the prospect of jail won't help her case.

Update: RHOBH's Kim Richards agrees to 90 DAYS extra in Rehab!

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kim Richards has been in rehab for a little over a month now. An insider has reported that she's doing good & actually  agreed to do 90 more days added in Rehab! 

Kim actually attended her nieces' wedding! She was allowed to by the Rehabilitation center people. As of now, she's enjoying the Company of her niece. 

When she returns, 90 days more will be added more to her time! as of now, She might be getting out in the middle of July? Who knows! 

RHOBH: Brandi Glanville feels bad for Kim Richards!

Following her interview with Dr. Phil (You can read/watch Here or Here ), Kim Richards has checked into a Rehab due to her substance abuse issue. Her partner in crime & best friend: Brandi Glanville recently did a podcast & talked about Kim & how she feels bad. 

Brandi said Verbatim: I feel bad for her. It’s a disease you fight every single day. Every day you have to make the choice not to drink, not to do drugs.“

The craziest thing is that everybody feels like Brandi is a bad influence on Kim! The thoughts are coming from People Including half of the cast of BH, & even Kim's son!

This past Tuesday, Her Interview w/ Dr. Phil aired & here are the biggest bombshells that dropped during the interview, as well of what her kids had to say about Brandi Glanville! The source claimed he said: "It's very sad to hear that she got arrested, I pray for every housewife and I want nothing bad to happen to them. I reached out to Kyle and I am concerned about her family as well as her. He ended it by saying I wish Kim all the best and that she gets the help she needs"

Recently, Kim Richards was arrested due to drunken behavior & kicking a cop! A source close to Kim told TMZ: She started to drink, become aggressive & unruly after watching her Season 5 Reunion! Read more below! 

 

The source also says that Kim had lots of stress before watching her reunion! Including her EX husband's illness, her daughters wedding & more! She went to her daughters' house to watch the Season 5 reunion, where she started drinking & it became worse. As everyone knows, she had major blowups during the season + the reunion! Sources also say that she could be fired from RHOBH due to her behavior! She was released & walked in public after! 

Let's pray for Kim & hope she gets the proper treatment because she does have many supporters! Season 5 was a rough season for her, but if she returns for Season 6, hopefully she gets the proper treatment & doesn't act out so crazy like this season!
