It looks like we will be seeing 'Black Ink Crew' star, Ceaser Emmanuel going through it on the (now being filmed) 4th season of the show. He was recently arrested for NOT paying child support, which we saw play out in earlier seasons, and it came to ahead this past week!
TMZ is reporting that Ceaser was arrested, in the 'Black Ink' shop, while the crew was in the middle of filming and he was actually in the middle of tattooing a woman's butt when they walked in and cuffed in, and Dutchess bailed him out later on.
Ceaser clapped back at his Baby Mama for his arrest:
